Nadia's extensive
career has developed over the last 18 years and today she is
highly respected by her peers and clients alike.
Her enthusiasm
for real estate came to potential in 1991 when she began a full
time career in the industry. After finishing her extensive
studies and obtaining and Associate Diploma of Business
Management in Real Estate, Nadia opened the doors for Nadia
Butcher Executive Real Estate in 1996.
Nadia has a
wealth of experience in the industry to her credit. Her success
incorporates helping first home buyers, investors and families
from their initial real estate purchase right through to selling
prestige properties throughout the northern suburbs.
Due to her
strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, Nadia has
been one of the most active and successful consultants in the
Northern Corridor. Nadia has worked on several Real Estate
Institute of Western Australia ( REIWA ) boards including the
business broking chapter and public hotline; Nadia was also the
Chairman of the Perth Real Estate Northern Districts Agents for
a period of three years.
She rates
attention to detail very highly when marketing her clients'
property and ensures that all aspects of the sales process are
carried out informatively and with as least disruption to all
parties as possible.

Karen represents
the new face of real estate. An interest in the industry came
early to Karen and she completed her first real estate courses
whilst still attending high school.
After 3 years in
WA's north working in the mining industry, Karen returned to
Perth in 2004 and became a full time property manager with Nadia
Butcher Executive Real Estate. It was through managing
investment properties that Karen made the progression into
selling homes as well. In 2007 Karen achieved her Diploma of
Property and is now a registered Licensee and Triennial
Certificate Holder.
Karen
now enjoys working with developers in a number of suburbs as
well as working with first home buyers and families. Her
passion for the industry and property investment ensures that
she is always up to date with market trends and the latest
information, and she loves assisting others in achieving their
real estate dreams.
