How to Apply for a Rental Property

1. Log on to www.reiwa.com.au
2. Select the tab marked ‘ Buy and Rent’
3. Select ‘ Online Tenancy Application’
4. If you have used this system before, simply complete your email and password, alternatively, create a user account by filling in your email address and a password
5. You will be directed to www.1form.com.au
6. If you wish to use the service as a one off, select the grey tab option.
7. Complete the application, filling in all the required boxes.

9. Upload any identification documents you may have. We require at a minimum a drivers license/proof of age card, a medicare card and a banking institution card.
10. If you cannot upload, these, please specify when you will be able to deliver these to the office.
11. Select the ‘ Send Application’ tab and your done!
